I'm the first one who give rating and review for the game, not sure why others don't give that but in my opinion game is good enough on starting phases but there's still so many things to make better and the most frustrated thing that is ads which didn't feel good and needs to remove, all over just good

This game is good,fun and interesting but there should be more services other than those 6 there. There should be service like labour/midwifery to make it more interesting and then the levels take a lot of time to be full and it's kind of tiring and also after work the doctor and other doctors are supposed to go home and rest but there's no home nothing at all and this is making the game boring. pls it should be worked on Thank you ☺️

WAY TOO MANY ADS TO BE WORTH THE TIME. CANNOT EVEN PLAY ENOUGH TO KNOW IF YOU WANT TO BOTHER TO PAY TO REMOVE THE ADS
