Hearts is a four-player card game where the goal is to avoid scoring points. Each Heart card is worth 1 point, while the Queen of Spades carries 13 points, making it the most dangerous card. At the start of each round, players pass three cards to others (left, right, across, or none). The player with the Two of Clubs starts the first trick. Players must follow the suit of the lead card if possible; otherwise, they can play a different suit. The game ends when a player has the lowest score. But if you collect all Heart cards and the Queen of Spades, you “Shoot the Moon” and transfer all points to opponents.

This game hits the spot. On hard mode, the AI used to regularly beat me when I first installed. Now that I've improved, I can usually win if I'm on my game - but if I'm not, the AI is quick to take advantage of my mistakes. The nice thing is, if you don't want that kind of challenge, there's an easier casual mode as well. Highly recommended if you like playing Hearts.

This game is super frustrating. The ad-version is super buggy. I finally figured out that if you press the x button, it bugs out (the super slow animations must run). The play is also bugged because the bots know exactly what cards you have. For example, the bot to your right will play the ace of spades on the first trick because it knows you don't have the queen (when it has like 4 other spades). It'll also duck when a normal player wouldn't because it knows the queen will be played.

A fun version of hearts but. . . frequency and duration of ads (between almost every round of play) has increased over time. Then, earlier today, instead of an ad, it was a request to confirm cookie preferences. Tedious but understandable. After being returned to play for a single round, there appeared another data use request. This one, however, asked for each and every marketing partner. After responding to dozens and seeing that there were dozens more, I decided it would be best to delete
