It is such a chore to look for a menu category when it's all split up in between different buttons on the bottom. There's the I can't find where the wishlist is cuz I barely use the app but when I do I want to see what I have in my wishlist. And when I want to check my subscription, it's in a storage menu from the ps plus icon. It's so annoying going through menus for one thing.

I downloaded this app to be able to browse games and to be able to do family manager stuff instead of having to log in on a computer. This app is good for browsing games but that's it. It constantly says 'the connection to the server has timed out' every time I click on Family Manager or literally anything else under "Playstation Network". This has been an ongoing issue for at least a year for others. It is 2025. we shouldn't be having constant issues like this anymore from a big name like Sony.

Just terrible. All I want is to download my captures, I take specific videos and then can't even download them because the app refuses to load them and then when they do load (if they do), I can't download it, doesn't say why, just says can't do it. I've uninstalled, restarted my phone, cleared cache, the lot, still not working, not even loading. Waste of an app. Fix it
