Good meal recording app. You can find nutritional info from online, barcode, and their list. You can save all food you recorded. It will take a long time to set up your food list, but once the list is done, it will be easy to record. The list is not easy to find except ones you eat often. It will total up the intake of calories, protein, fat, and carb, but not sodium. The meal plan is acceptable but isn't my favorite. I have tried many apps, but this is the easiest app. They can improve more.

There are small things I wish I could edit manually. Like how many calories i need a day, I wish I could just out that in myself, and also be able to change a serving and have options (e.g I wish I could log either 1/4, 1/2, 2/3 cups etc of a certain food. I can only change the amount I had by changing the units. That's much harder to calculate.) Idk, this is on the road to bring a great app. I would recommend letting the users have full control to customize it.

Two Huge Issues 1. Push notifications persist even if you turn them off in the settings. 2. The app will ask you to log a meal even if you have already logged that meal. There is NO check if a meal for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner has already been made. Minor Issues 3. There is not an easy way to create a custom meal that you will have regularly. 4. Food library is limited and barcode scanner seemed not to work on well known brands.
